Sponsorship Opportunities
MMF is honored to partner with a wide range of foundations, businesses, and government institutions to present our programs in the Moab community. We are happy to provide the following sponsorship benefits in appreciation of their generous support.
Music Hike Sponsorship - $1,500 per hike
- Acknowledgement and logo placement as Music Hike Sponsor with a link on the Moab Music Festival website;
- Logo placement on the Music Hike concert page of the Festival program book;
- 2 tickets for the sponsored Music Hike to entertain clients or employees, subject to availability. These can be redeemed up to two weeks in advance by calling the office at 435.259.7003.
- Invitation for two to the annual donor party;
- A one-quarter (1/4) page color advertisement in the Festival program book;
- Verbal acknowledgement of the Music Hike sponsorship at the beginning of the concert;
- Receipt of, and acknowledgement in annual Donor newsletter.
Concert Co-Sponsorship - $2,500
- Acknowledgement and logo placement as concert Co-Sponsor with a link on the Moab Music Festival website;
- Logo placement on the sponsored concert page of the Festival program book;
- 2 tickets and priority seating for the sponsored concert to entertain clients or employees, subject to availability. These can be redeemed up to two weeks in advance by calling the office at 435.259.7003.
- Invitation for four to the annual donor party;
- A one-quarter (1/4) page color advertisement in the Festival program book;
- Display of the company banner at the sponsored concert. Banner will be provided two weeks in advance by the sponsor and shall be no larger than 2’ x 6;
- Verbal acknowledgement of the co-sponsorship at the beginning of the concert;
- Receipt of, and acknowledgement in annual Donor newsletter.
Lead Concert Sponsorship - $5,000
- Acknowledgement and logo placement as a concert’s Lead Sponsor with a link on the Moab Music Festival website;
- Acknowledgement and logo placement on the sponsored concert page of the Festival program book;
- Logo placement on Festival poster and brochure, other placements on publicity materials when possible;
- One-time Social media acknowledgement as a lead sponsor;
- 4 tickets and priority seating for the sponsored concert to entertain clients or employees, subject to availability. These can be redeemed up to two weeks in advance by calling the office at 435.259.7003.
- Invitation for two to the annual donor party;
- A half-page, full color advertisement in the Festival program pdf;
- Display of the sponsor’s banner at the sponsored concert. Banner will be provided two weeks in advance by the sponsor and shall be no larger than 2’ x 6’;
- Verbal acknowledgement of the Lead Sponsorship at the beginning of the sponsored concert;
- Receipt of, and acknowledgement in annual Donor newsletter.
Exclusive Concert Sponsorship - $10,000
(Exclusive sponsorship, joined only by weekend and season sponsors and any project-specific donors/granters)
- Acknowledgement and logo placement as a Festival Season Sponsor with a link on the Moab Music Festival website;
- Logo placement in the Festival program book;
- Logo placement on Festival poster and brochure;
- 6 tickets and priority seating for the sponsored concert to entertain clients or employees, subject to availability. These can be redeemed up to two weeks in advance by calling the office at 435.259.7003.
- One-time Social media acknowledgement as an exclusive concert sponsor;
- Half page, full color advertisement in the Festival program book;
- Invitation for four to the annual donor party;
- Display of the sponsor’s banner at the sponsored concert. Banner will be provided by the sponsor two weeks in advance and shall be no larger than 2’ x 6’;
- Verbal acknowledgement of the Exclusive Sponsorship at the beginning of the sponsored concert;
- Receipt of, and acknowledgement in annual Donor newsletter.
Annual Festival Weekend Sponsorship - $15,000
Winterlude Season Sponsor
MMF Highwater Season Sponsor
(Choose from one of three Festival weekends)
- Acknowledgement and logo placement as a Festival Weekend/Winterlude/MMF Highwater Sponsor with a link on the Moab Music Festival website;
- Acknowledgement as a Festival Weekend/Winterlude/MMF Highwater Sponsor in the Festival program book;
- Logo placement on Festival/Event poster, brochure, tickets, & other placements on publicity materials when possible;
- Social media acknowledgement as a weekend/Winterlude/MMF Highwater sponsor;
- Full page, full color advertisement in the Festival/Winterlude/MMF Highwater program pdf;
- 6 tickets and priority seating to each weekend evening concert to entertain clients or employees, subject to availability. These can be redeemed up to 2 weeks in advance by calling the office at 435.259.7003;
- Invitation for four to the annual donor party and any donor event that aligns with sponsorship weekend;
- Display of the sponsor’s banner at all non-benefit concerts during selected weekend. Banner will be provided two weeks in advance by the sponsor and shall be no larger than 6’ x 2’;
- Verbal acknowledgement as a Weekend/Winterlude/MMF Highwater Sponsor at the beginning of each event during selected weekend;
- Receipt of, and acknowledgement in annual Donor newsletter.
Annual Festival Season Sponsorship - $25,000
- Acknowledgement and logo placement as a Festival Season Sponsor with a link on the Moab Music Festival website;
- Acknowledgement as a Festival Season Sponsor in the Festival program book;
- Logo placement on Festival advertisements, poster, brochure, tickets, & other placements on publicity materials when possible;
- Social media acknowledgement as a season sponsor on 3 posts throughout the year;
- Full page, full color advertisement in the Festival program pdf;
- Tickets and priority seating to entertain clients or employees (exact number to be approved upon redemption by Festival ED) for each non-benefit Moab Music Festival concert upon request, subject to availability. These can be redeemed up to two weeks in advance by calling the office at 435.259.7003;
- Invitation to the annual donor party and any additional donor events;
- Display of the sponsor’s banner at all non-benefit concerts. Banner will be provided two weeks in advance by the sponsor and shall be no larger than 6’ x 2’;
- Verbal acknowledgement of the Festival Season Sponsorship at the beginning of each of the events;
- Receipt of, and acknowledgement in annual Donor newsletter.
