Within the Grotto’s ancient-yet-ever-changing walls, this program magnifies music’s power to alter our sense of time. The haunting music of Navajo-Ute composer R. Carlos Nakai is interspersed throughout the concert; Arvo Pärt’s hypnotic Fratres provides what some have described “a cleansing of all the noise that surrounds us;” and the minimalist nature inherent in Beethoven’s Piano Trio Op. 70 No. 2 is highlighted in context with other transcendent works.

Important Details

	Check-in and free concert shuttle location: Aarchway Inn (1551 N Riverview Dr)—parking is located on the north side of the building. Free parking at check-in; no parking at the boat ramp Concert location: Colorado River Wilderness Grotto
	Check in time: 11:00 am Shuttle Departure: 11:30 am Expected return ~5:00 pm. End times may vary.
	Ages 12 and above Concert is outdoors. Venue is shaded. No pets allowed
	Link to Accessibility Page Comfortable outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for a desert environment is recommended. Concert seating is in camp chairs, which are provided.
	Patrons may bring a lunch to eat on the shuttle. A light reception with hors d’oeuvres, wine and beer is included. Please arrive with a full water bottle and hydrate throughout the day.
