Jet-boat down the Colorado River through spectacular red rock canyons to “nature’s own concert hall” (The New York Times)—a pristine, acoustically perfect wilderness grotto carved from the surrounding red rocks—to hear performances by the Festival’s world-class artists.

Celebrating Beethoven at 250, pianist Michael Brown performs Beethoven’s most demanding sonata known as the “Hammerklavier”. Deemed “unplayable” when first written, it is now among the greatest tests for classical pianists. The program opens with pieces by Schubert for piano four-hands.

Light hors d’oeuvres and wine will be served at a reception with the artists, followed by a glorious boat ride home.
