The safety of our Moab Music Festival community remains our top priority. The MMF COVID-19 protocols reflect current CDC guidelines and Utah State law. They are adjusted as conditions change. We will email you any updated COVID-19 protocol information the week before your concert. As an audience member, your ticket purchase serves as an assumption of risk and your agreement to adhere to all safety procedures established by the Moab Music Festival.
We are approaching our third Festival since the pandemic and know that we can keep our artists, staff, and audiences safe, with everyone following proper CDC and local health and safety guidelines and directives. We look forward to seeing you!

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The novel coronavirus COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. The virus is contagious and may cause serious illness or death, particularly to people who identify as high risk individuals. Various Federal, State and local government agencies have issued guidelines in an effort to reduce the risk of infection. Moab Music Festival, Inc. (“MMF”) expects to go forward with the concerts following our county guidelines (Grand County). MMF will endeavor to comply with all applicable guidelines at each concert, whenever reasonably practical, but cannot guarantee that you or others attending will not become infected. When attending any event, all persons assume the risk that they might become infected with Covid-19 and that such infection may result in serious illness or death. In order to attend any concert all persons must 1) acknowledge that they have voluntarily assumed that risk and 2) release any and all claims related to COVID 19, now existing or hereafter arising, against MMF, its officers, trustees, employees, contractors and agents.
MMF is constantly reviewing the status of COVID-19 and reserves the right to cancel or restructure any or all of the concerts, in its sole discretion.
