Grounded in science, elevated by art, The Crossroads Project: Rising Tide is a performance experience exploring nature, humanity, and the paths that lie before us, in pursuit of meaningful response. The project features physicist Robert Davies and the Fry Street Quartet, with music by Haydn, Janacek, and Laura Kaminsky in a gripping, 75-minute multimedia performance. A "talk back" discussion panel will immediately follow the concert, led by Robert Davies, joined by members of the quartet, and local sustainability experts: USU Professor of Sustainability, Dr. Ros McCann; Moab City's Director of Sustainability, Dr. Rosemarie Russo; and Jeff Adams, president of the local sustainability grassroots organization, The Resiliency Hub.
Ticket proceeds support the MMF's Education & Community Outreach Program, helping bring events like Winterlude to Moab. At the Saturday evening concert, patrons will also have the opportunity to donate to The Resiliency Hub, a sustainability-driven Moab non-profit.
