Musical Story Hour 2019

Musical Story Hour

A Moab Music Festival and Grand County Public Library Collaboration

The Moab Music Festival and Grand County Public Library are excited to continue their collaborative "Musical Story Hour" for a second year! These family-friendly events are intended to introduce young children (ages newborn to early elementary), with their parents, to a wide variety of musical instruments, songs, sounds, and genres through live musical demonstrations, story telling, and instrument-themed crafts.

Story time takes place at the Grand County Public Library in Moab at 257 E Center St. All events start at 10:30 am and are FREE to attend.

April Artists: Kate Clark (right) and Nicole Cornelius (left) firmly believe that music and kids belong together! In 2017, in an effort to enrich the lives of their own children, they started Moab Mini Maestros - a weekly preschool music program. Two years later, some of their best friends are three and four year olds and they have been known to break out into spontaneous song and dance!
