Free transportation provided: Shuttles depart by 4:45 pm from Grand County Middle School (corner of 300 South and 100 East) where parking is available. Shuttles depart from Sorrel River Ranch immediately after the concert.
Pavilion opens at 5:30.
Food and beverages will be available at the venue. Please do not bring outside food and beverage. The Sorrel River Grill Restaurant will also be open before and after the concert. Reservations required. Please call 435.259.4642 for reservations.
Concertgoers may bring a blanket or camp chairs for seating on the lawn.
Comfortable clothing, suitable for the outdoor venue is recommended, including a light sweater or windbreaker as weather can be unpredictable.
Patrons with special needs should contact the box office well in advance to arrange accommodations.
Festival events take place in Sorrel River's open-sided pavilion which provides splendid views of towering red mesas and breathtaking sunsets, balmy evening breezes and shelter from any passing storms.
